Bret did a great job
I was happy with Bret. He arrived with a good attitude and ready to complete the job. I was not happy with having to wait since May, (it's now August) for the parent company to send a repairman to complete the job. The parts and labor were paid for in May, the part was received at our home within 2 weeks. WHO can live for over 2 months without a washer? Timeliness, on your part, could be a lot better.

Solid resource, great attitude; Sears operations needs work
Sears Operation could better manage schedule and service. In particular, I am unable to get a tech assigned to PM my water heater. I would expect Sears to have technicians for water heater service rather than asking that I find someone, pay them and get reimbursement.

I don't think that was his name. It was supposed to be Darin. Anyway, he wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher. He was on his phone most of the time looking up reasons for failure. It is an old Bosch- he gave us an estimated cost of possible parts that could be the cause, plus labor. Over $1000. Might as well get a new one. He was very nice. I'm sure he did his best. He never turned on the dishwasher.

Home visit for washing machine visit.
Washing machine works now, but it leaks from underneath. it shouldn't be leaking after the pump got fixed. Will need someone to contact us about another service repair appointment. Thank you.
