Washer Leaking Water
Keith pulled washer out from back wall to find the dryer was also hooked up to water supply for the steam feature so there was a split connection between washer and dryer. The seal broke causing the leak. He disconnected the connection to the dryer and connected the washer directly to the water supply. I'm back in business now! He took the time to wipe up all the water that had leaked out everywhere! Thank You!

Laundry washer would not spin.
The service technician was very good at communicating, he was on time and able to determine what needed fix very quickly. The technician had the part with him and the repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly, focused and professional. I will not hesitate to call again should I need assistance in the future and I totally recommend him .

The motor for the compressor went out on my refrigerator, and he was very understanding and helpful, and got the part ordered. When he came back to install the part, he was able to get it installed quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to makes sure I was satisfied with the work.
