Extraordinary service technician
Keith was very, friendly, courteous and careful about doing damage to the walls or flooring. He is markedly knowledgeable of the GE product. He identified the problem right away. He fixed the issue and checked for any other problems that might be there. Sears should be proud of having him represent their brand.

Kitchen stove repair.
Two different technicians came, 1st to diagnose problem and order part. 2nd technician came to replace the part. They were both professional and explained process and answered questions nicely. Good job guys.

Rick was very polite, came in and got right to work. He conveniently had the needed tools when he came in to start the job, went to work had the job finshed promptly. He is the type of appliances repair man that everyone wants as their repairman!!
