Mr. Randle is by far the best tech we have ever had!! He is very professional, very knowledgeable, he was on time like he said and keeping us up to date! It was finally nice for a change to have someone so nice and professional as Mr. Randle and to have someone that really cares about their customers!! I will only ever use Mr. Randle after this great experience!! I highly recommend him to anyone!! Thank you so much again!!

Repair delayed a week because first repairman didn't have the parts on hand, despite knowing issue prior to arrival. He blamed his parts department as being inept in their abilities. Unprofessional blaming the company you work for. A week later a different repairman showed. Problem fixed.
