He is a good person
He knows his job and does well. The only problem I have he put a dent in the side of my dryer

Horrible service
Technician was sick said he had been since Sunday. He didn't run a complete cycle on any setting. He asked to use my bathroom and then proceeded to tell me "it was going to be bad" then came out and said he couldn't find anything wrong. Said he couldn't run a load with anything in the machine to see if it was cause of a load. My husband ran a cycle when he was leaving and it was leaking right where I said. Very unhappy as now I have to wait another week for a different tech and I have no washer. Plus it's caused damage to the floor.

The guy smells alcohol. He can't do the job because the sticker model is rubbed off.

Broken Washer not fixed
Mark himself was fine and respectful. However our problem was not fixed. We are very frustrated with the whole process. It has taken weeks to first get the repairman out to look at the problem. Then a other two weeks to have the part installed. And the washer is still not working. Now we have to wait yet another week for him to come back out. This is unacceptable. If it can't be fixed, we need a replacement washer.
