Fast, Friendly, efficient
Very Fast Service. To much talking from the operator who answers the phone. I am interested in getting my appliance repaired. I don't want to hear a sales pitch for other products. Even though the operator spoke English, it was very hard to understand her because of her accent and she talked to fast.
