It's still not fixed ( And it's hot in my home)
The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He found two leaks and cut a big hole in the side of the furnace duct . Still no a/c . Now we have to wait for the home warranty company.

It is beyond ridiculous to send out 8 emails after an appointment as well as the 3-4 per day the week of the appointment (texts and emails). The 3-4 per day gave us a chance to move our appointment to an earlier day. If I hit C for confirm that should do it. Brandon's service was good he found no problems.

No show
No one came. Someone called and I told them I needed someone after 5 or weekends as I work. Then when I told him I live in a condo and units are on the roof he said he would call me back and he never did. Still waiting to get a/c repaired

This was a disaster
Dominique was the only good thing about this whole experience. He was professional and did a good job. This was the fourth appointment we had. The first one, parts had to be ordered, I get that. The second appointment the technician didn't show because unknown to us two parts were needed and one didn't come. My husband took the day off from work and waited and waited for the technician to come. He didn't contact us till the end of the day that he was not coming! The appointment was rescheduled for two days later. Again, my husband took the day off to be home. That technician called us after it was way past the window of time that he should've showed up, and said he was overbooked, and he wasn't coming! so all in all that was three days my husband took off work with no results. This fourth visit was with Dominique. We finally got our washer fixed. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Dominique is the only reason I am giving this a "1 star." If it wasn't for him, there would be no stars.

Not happy
Donald came out, after another repairman had already been out and failed to fix the washer. Donald was unable to run some diagnostic tests, but ordered a part he thought might work. He never returned, but the part was installed by the first repairman and after, three trips and as many weeks the washer is finally working.

1st visit
Was interesting complaining cause of cord on frig/ took 2 calls about 25 minutes long and we got charged for that time!! Never asked if we wanted gasket ordered just did it!!interrupted me speaking cause I interrupted him!!Because he told me I needed to get an electric person out here to put plug behind frig,that's been running off exstention cord for 22 years!! We don't feel we should have been charged that much and never had paper to cancel order

Technician
The dishwasher wasn't checked to see if it was up and running before he left. It's not running and the parts ordered were not used. Our hose is missing that was hooked up last time by the technicians that were here last week.

4 work days were missed for the repair that I don't think is repaired because 30 minutes after he left there was water on the floor again. For the loss of work days I could've paid for a new refrigerator.
