Kenmore Refrigerator
Ronnie is great. He doesn't give up!! He was here until almost 8pm until the problem was corrected. He's a wonderful person as well as being a great technician. I only wish he could have gotten our oven fixed also. It's been down almost a month waiting on a part.

Repair made, false issue creates
Kurt was friendly and made the appropriate repair to our heating element. However, prior to leaving he checked our venting system and told me I probably needed to have someone come out and clean my dryer vent because there was no air coming out. Actual problem was that in the repair process the vent hose disconnected from the back of the dryer. Details!!!

Services dryer
Had no call tell me he's on his,way ,show up at 8AM,says he's no allow call while driving and call before 7AM. He could of pull over gave me a call .. He was here for 45 minutes and found problem with dryer. One rollers wasn't rolling ,it was stucked ,replaced it . All good

Refrigerator repair
The technician was prompt, polite and spent th entire time working on our refrigerator. But the fridge is not cold yet (10 hours later). I know that the refrigerator ( Kenmore Pro French door made by LG) is a lemon but the service technicians should be able to repair this six year old mess..

Sears is horrible
The tech is fine he did great job but techs hands are tied when a company has horrible customer service!!! Sears is HORRIBLE I have never had such bad experience with any company, last few times they have not had parts here, changed appts for no reason. As a result both times was without a washer for weeks??? Also the washer they keep repairing should have just been replaced a long time ago instead of spending a fortune on part repairs costing sears more money in the long run.

He didn't fix it
First, your scheduling process stinks. A window of 8:00 to 5:00, really ? Second, he didn't fix it. Still not drying, after WEEKS of waiting. Totally NOT satisfied.
