Very polite and knowledgable
Chris came by to check on my fridge after I called with a concern about the freezer heating up. He explained the defrost cycle and how everything I observed was normal, also reassuring me that plenty of customers have the same worries on their first experience with the technology. He was very friendly and pleasant on his visit, joking that he hoped the rest of his day would be this easy. I was 100% pleased with his service.
