William did an awesome job of providing a thorough maintenance chech on my furnace as well as explaining what he was doing to my 10 year old grandson who was watching every move. William also listened and commented on my grandson's comments about his hobbies and opinions on various subjects. William mentioned that my warranty was about to expire and gave me the opportunity to renew. I was thoroughly satisfied with my set and hope I could get a Sears Technician as knowledgeable and pleasant as William for future visits.
