Eric called the day before, the day of and 15 minutes before arriving. He was professional and thorough upon arrival and diagnosed the issue within 15/20 minutes. He offered a couple options for repair and I opted for the faster turnaround choice. 5 star tech and human being.

It was a breath of fresh air getting Vicente as our tech. He was professional, personable, and attentive to our needs. He was knowledgeable about our Kenmore machine, sharing information and assured me I made the right choice in keeping it over replacing it with something newer. They don't make them like they use to. In this day and age, he stands out above many of whom I've had to utilize in customer service.
