I don't know what a review title is
Tim did an excellent job finding the real problem with the stove. It was a loose screw instead of the part that was order for the stove. I appreciated his skills and knowledge of his craft.

Joseph was great, on time, quick at repairing and good communication. What was really lacking was the whole scheduling process. Many many emails and texts that were the wrong days and times and most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Literally no way to communicate with a human.
