TYLER WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US HOW THE DAMAGE WASNT A RESULT OF SPIN CYCLE. IT WASNT THE RESULT I EXPECTED BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS AT THIS POINT. I HOPE THE WASHER DOESNT SELF DESTRUCT NEXT. BIG MYSTERY AS TO WHAT CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE SHEETMETAL. WAIT AND SEE FOR NOW.
