William called and said he was on his way, he showed up about 15 minutes later. He came in to house and within 10 minutes he had the problem with the filter fixed and the water leak diagnosed. He took back panel off refrigerator and showed me the drain hose was plugged and collapsed he cleared blockage and put everything back together and advised that we defrost refrigerator and all would be working extremely knowledgeable and was even friendly toward my dogs Because of William's knowledge and professionalism I would not hesitate to referr friends and family to this company this is the best service I have ever received from a home repair company
