William was very pleasant and arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem right away! We were just not willing to have more work done on this 20 yr. old refrigerator! We dealt with the problem of having it fixed since May 29th, 2024 and it took 5 months to finally be fixed with several things being fixed and replaced! Now it needs a new thermostat! We don't think it's worth fixing again and waiting for more parts! My mom would like to have the unit replaced!
