Straight to the point not fixable
It was a cut and dry result he said it was broke I called it in to see if they had the perk and it was no availability for parts they don't make them no more so it was easy to diagnose it wasn't unfixable and my insurance don't kick in for 30 days

The dishwasher repairman was excellent. The appointment making was a nightmare. I could not ask any questions because all I could get was a robo voice. Unacceptable.

Frustrated beyond belief...now.
My experience ? You aren't going to like what I have to say. After 3 separate service calls to my home my refrigerator is still not functioning. The thing that is the most frustrating is that once the technician leaves the call back isn't scheduled for two weeks !! That part of their system is broken , it's ridiculous. A failed attempt at a repair should receive priority and not go back to the end of the line. At this point I will have been without a refrigerator for 8 weeks. In addition taken three days off from my job. They leave the old parts for the homeowner to dispose of. I just want a working refrigerator and it not take TWO MONTHS. The robots on their customer service line are no help either.
