Technician was pleasant and appeared to know his stuff. He checked different things and indicated that everything was in order. Most importantly he was prompt and came at the time he called and said he would.

Rating a Sears Heating a Tech.
We received an appointment a week after I placed a service call for our Furnace. The Technician can out, but he didn't have the needed part. He gave us another appointment date. My husband stay home ALL day waiting. No one showed up. They didn't even have the decency to call and let us know that they weren't coming... I called them and I was told; "They "didn't" assign a Technician to the account for that day so it wasn't picked up." I was furious 😤! We were without heat for almost a month. Finally, the same Technician came out. He knew exactly what was needed to be done. Parts were changed and our "Furnace" was fixed. We finally had HEAT!!
