Matthew was great.
When Matthew first arrived to diagnose the problem he was very friendly and courteous. He checked the softener, ordered the parts and when the parts arrived he came back to installed them. He worked very quickly and professionally. The only problem was the delay in getting the parts from Sears and not being able to resolve it with a live agent on the phone.
