Ron service tech who fixed glass on oven
The service technician Ron was amazing. He was absolutely great! He exceeded all expectations with his expertise and exceptional customer service. Great Technician, Bad Company
The 5 stars are for Ron, I would give the company as a whole 2 starts for retaining a great technician but customer service and logistics are a total fail. Ron the technician was great, knowledgeable and replaced my stovetop professionally and quickly. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone at A&E. The only reason I got a technician in the first place was because GE set it up. I was charged with a diagnostic fee and couldn't get in contact with anyone to order my parts and schedule my repairs. The website doesn't recognize any of my information to set up an appointment and tells you to call for help, and when you call the automated message tells you to go to the website. It's a horror show. I had to call GE back to set up a follow up appointment, which A&E then tried to charge me another diagnostic fee. After all is said and done, it took three appointments, two invoices, two payments, a discount and an alleged credit I'm still waiting for.

Scheduled appointments
After waiting ALL DAY for a scheduled appointment with your repair/maintenance of equipment men and them not showing on Monday, it was a pleasure to see that Brian not only called ahead but showed up promptly on Thursday. Unfortunately, the Tractor maintenance/repair man didn't show up Monday OR THE RESCHEDULED THURSDAY APPOINTMENT!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING WARRANTY SERVICE WITH SEARS… wasted 2 days waiting for Nothing! Hoping they'll at least compensate me in some way…. We were here .. they No Show!!! Terrible way to do business! You can tell I'm NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
