Stove Repair
While Scott fixed the stove, he rushed and was not clear about why the part needed to be replaced since there was no evidence it was broken.

Monty was fine, but the problem remains
Yesterday, Monty came and replaced the timer on our washer, as was recommended by the technition who had evaluated our washer at the previous visit. I did another wash today. Even with the new timer installed, the washer stopped before "rinse", with water remaining in the washer. I had to manually advance the timer to "spin" to empty the water and complete the cycle. Same problem I had called about originally.

Still Need Repair
Better communication required, please. Problem with the LED system remains. Issue is not corrected.

Tech showed up and I explained the issue. Since the new parts were put in, the freezer is now frosting over. He tore the freezer apart and told me the back panel was buckling. And not allowing the door to close properly. He told me the door would close better without it. I said we could try it. After he left I discovered that the freezer door is offset and the rubber on the side is very narrow at the bottom and wide up top. He has been here 4 out of 5 trips and I'm not sure he knows what he's doing.

Terrible
Arrived at 12:05 left at 12:25. Didn't introduce himself. Had his hat on crooked. Asked how long I had the washer. I told him and he said yea it's on it way out turned washer on and said it was the mother board. Then stuck his head in dry said it was the rollers. Showed me a screen that said parts unavailable. Stated he closed out the wrong job. Needed to use my Wi-Fi to send messages to the to company. Told me I had to call the company for a refund and that I would get it today and could shop anywhere. I have to wait 3-5 days to get the refund and I have to shop online. All lies!! I have to wait A terrible experience!!! Customer service was good.

Technician never came. Forged my name
This tech guy already wrote a report almost 3 months ago that oven can't be repaired. I am due another replacement. Instead your x.cimpany pays the same person to keep coming back to avoid what is due. This is the worst business practice. He . He also signs my name with a big X pretending He was there. He plays this trick over again and Fails to give the final REport. Called VRS. Soi can get the replacement OVEN. When will this game stop,??

Replacement of nonworking burner switch on stove top.
A couple of days after he did that the whole stove started malfunctioning. If you turned one switch on , two burners would go on and then if you turned another switch on, it would trip the breaker the whole stove would have no power. So obviously he messed up the wiring in someway.

Never showed up Sent Fraudulent documents forged signATURE
tHE TECHNICIAN CALLED but interrupted saying his boss on phone. Sears said arriving after 6 PM Never came all day andforsomereason Sears is sending all kinds of FAKEreceipts and Rolando Forged my name by signing an imprint as though i agreed. He wasnot here and I never signed anything. Your company is a scam and it is going to now be reported to higher authorities. You are trying hard not to do the Replacement. READ the 2 times the technician has said NOT REPARABLE> Why dont you start to make arrangements for my replacement under the Warrantee?
