Bryan M. was most professional & knowledgeable abt repairs to my washer. Explained all aspects of broken part. The part was NLA. He went out of his way to make to make me feel comfortable & answered all my questions abt the situation. It was a extreme pleasure working with him. He does Sears proud representing them. He was also very kind & considerate & made me feel @ ease & never rushed. Great job. I felt lucky to have "Him" show up as my tech for my broken washer. 👍

After getting the run around for a week with another company, GE sent out A&E. Brian was here when he said he'd be here . He knew exactly what to look for with my GE dryer that wouldn't heat up. He had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. Very pleased.
