Fast, efficient and professional
We called Sears to repair a Whirlpool washer that had stopped spinning. They sent Bryan the next morning and he was quick to diagnose the problem, propose a solution and repair the machine. Communication from Sears was excellent and Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Perservered to fix new part
The renewed board was fine, the new push button top panel was a newer part that didn't fit but Ryan called for help and finally removed some of the plastic casing- IT WORKS! I have arthritis and am handicapped. Waiting for about 3 months to get this 18-year-old dishwasher fixed (3 repair visits later) has been a pain beyond what I expected from Sears. I should have gotten a new dishwasher in a timely manner. Thankfully Ryan did a good job.

Oven repair
Ryan was very knowledgeable and he found the issue but the cost of repair was as much as buying a new one… I don't usually do a 5 star unless they really deserve it if I could do a 10 star he would deserve it… He was very respectful, and his appearance was good to see…. Bryan has serviced our washer multiple times in the last year. He maintains great communication in regards to all aspects of the repair.
