Outstanding service
The Technician was very professional ,knowledgeable and helpful .He did his work in a timely and organized fashion .Adis was very Polite and considerate explaining the functions and mechanisms of the various appliance and how to avoid future problems .I am completely happy with the service I received today . My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait to get my dryer fixed .

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY RON
He knew I really needed my dryer so when my parts FINALLY arrived he made sure I was his first stop. He came and fixed my dryer and was so nice, apologizing for the parts delay (I knew it wasn't his fault). EXCELLENT SERVICE BY RON... thank you so much Ron.

Dishwasher
The technician is wonderful as usual. But the sears warranty stinks. I've been for months without a dishwasher and I have the warranty where it can be replaced if it can't be fixed. it has all new parts everywhere and it still does not work. I am very frustrated.

No good service
I could not get a hold of any one from customer services after numerous times trying there needs to be a way to get in touch with someone . The portal did not work and was very frustrating because I needed to change the contact number.

Nice service, but
Philip replaced our LG condenser today, and remembered his previous visit 5/6 weeks ago. He inquired why it too so long for him to return. Reason: no service agent showed up for service scheduled on Sept 14 (yes, I stayed home all day). When I was cleaning up after my fridge was fixed, I noticed that there were small burned spots on the hardwood floor from the sweat joints.

In all ways Professional
I have no complaints about Tadd. He was professional, knowledgeable was patient about answering all my questions(and there were a lot). if I need appliance service again I would be happy to have him. But, as good as he was at the end of the day my washer still does not work. I am waiting to hear from the warranty people about the next step.
