He showed up and finished the job
Guy that showed up July 18 to evaluate and order parts was scheduled to return July 26. Called at 6pm and said, on way. Never made it. Next appointment, 8/7. Repairman ate less than a 1/4 mi from us and then drove away (could see it on tracking map you provided) Finally 8/21, William showed up, as scheduled, on time, and put our old dryer back together. Took better than a month. Good service by William.

The technician gave us an actual time frame so we didn't have to wait all day. He is friendly and courteous and pleasant to talk with we need more technicians like him. Great to work with.

We love Stanley!
Stanley was great. He calls when he's on his way and arrives right on time. Stanley explains everything he's doing and about any delays, and we had a few. He is a fast worker and cleaned up well afterward. Our refrigerator is working perfectly now! If we have any other issues we will request Stanley.

Very Polite & Efficient
Everything went great, with our technician. The only thing that took awhile was getting a, timely, appointment. We waited over a week for the first appointment, but we had to order a part. Then, it was another week for an open appointment. Then, something else wasn't working, and we needed another part, and another appointment, which took two more weeks. So, the process was long, and we were without a dryer that heated for several weeks. Again, our tech was great! Only the process of using our home warranty, in a timely manner, left us wanting.
