Fridge compressor replacement
The service by James was excellent! He was polite and very knowledgeable! What I didn't like about the service is that starting from the original phone call to the service center I was constantly ask to purchase some type of service, most of the phone call was about trying to sell me something, not about my problem with my refrigerator! And even when James showed up he said "I gotta ask" would you like to purchase a home warranty service? I don't need to have a bunch of my time wasted saying "no" constantly!! No means no!!!! I just wanted to schedule a repair!!! Hopefully I will never have to call again and have my time wasted all over again! It's actually a shame because everyone I spoke to was nice and polite, and then it just ended up putting me in a bad mood! I think the main focus should be on the repair, not repeatedly trying to sell me something!!!
