William did great at his assignment. But sears in general was pathetic to the point we will cancel American Home service to go with another home warranty. We waited two weeks to get the range fixed and got lied to three times as to when it would be fixed. Pathetic and will let others know about it.

He got to work cking unit out as soon as he got here. Tested unit for winter, no issues, but I bought the wrong size filters; he explained the best to get for my allergies: size, thickness. Please keep him around for my spring air ck up!

James was exceptional in the handling of our repairs. He was required to make two separate trips to our residence to complete the repairs and extended us the courtesy of communicating with us during the delay to keep us updated.

Ricky is a great technician. He came to fix the mistake made by another technician who had missed 6 appointments and his final work was faulty. Ricky always calls before and after and is competent and friendly. He is an asset to Safeway.
