Lg fridge ice maker issue
Bill came to our home in the morning and looked over our issue with ice maker bin not staying locked into its proper position. He ordered a new bin. 6 days later it arrived and our issue was solved. The bin seemed to have a warp plastic part that was keeping the bin from locking all the way into position. Great job bill did. Pleased with his service.

William couldn't diagnose Problem with refrigerator, so was a waste of time and money. Thankful he was truthful about not being able to diagnose problem rather than trying to replace expensive parts on pure guesswork. I will not be wasting my money on your products in the future.

Long wait
Not happy with how long it took to get anything done which was not done at all. Had to send the units back and I can't say if the work was good or not but the constant rescheduling was ridiculous.

Took off work an sat at home allllllll day long for him to not show up! Waited until 630 pm no call an no show! Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
