John has 30 years of experience and it shows in his work. Great work, punctual, knowledge, friendly, helpful. All the things you wish a tech would have. I wish Sears had 10 more Johns.

John was very knowledgeable and skillful with doing his job. Kudo to him. He handled the maintenance of three of my appliances. I will miss doing business with Sears. Their new protection agreement is outrageous. The new fees to be charged does not benefit the customer. Sears should reconsider changing the new protection agreement .
