Technician is fine
Ethan was a pleasure to have him service my appliance, the problem is Sears management that keep forcing him to order more parts and canceling so many appointments. It is 4.5 months 6 visits and maybe over 10!partsorder. At some point it busy one to give up and realize it can not be fixed. I saw this guy trying his best and spend a lot of time trying to fix something that can not be fixed. It was a waste of time for him and specially for me I am happy with Ethan and I give him 5 starts but Sears I give 0 to their customer omer service out shore, tha are useless and can not provide any information and be unable to talk to a manager. I know thisxreview is about Ethan but I do not know where to complain for a service that I am paying for and is not delivering what was promised in the contract. Thanks Ethan for all you hard work! You are a very responsible and respectful person and more of the other Sears employees should learn from you!
