The Best Technican
Paul is a phenomenal person. When the company failed to service me over 1.5 months, he was emphatic to my situation and took matters in his own hands. I needed a gas technician and Paul searched and found Mark who agreed to come on his lunch hour and assist. These two gentleman exemplified the value to customers that I hope the company will reward. Paul and Mark were kind, efficient and friendly. There was no mess to clean up when they left as they treated my house as their own. I don't know if the company reward's excellent customer service, but Paul deserves extra compensation for all that he has done for me. It is because of him that I am not seeking legal action against the company. Be thankful for Paul (and Mark) because I know I am 😊.

Notified me when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly & repaired it just as quickly. The only problem ( & not related to the tech) is the 8 hr arrival window. There is no excuse for making someone give up their entire day waiting.
