Service tech arrived quickly and on time. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain the situation and the process to my wife and I. Overall Lucas was terrific and the experience was truely outstanding.

Ice Maker Installation
Lucas was very kind and considerate. He came in and installed the new ice maker within minutes and then told me to wait until that evening to get ice. Very quick and efficient! Thanx Lucas!

Service tech- cleaning & maintenance
I was expecting someone at 11:40 or so but at noon I checked & it said 1:30. At 1:30 he called & said it'd be 2:00. I realize sometimes a job takes longer than expected but it made it hard to plan my day! I thought he did a good job checking the appliances & cleaning the frig & he gave me time to wipe down while it was pulled out. He was pleasant & careful in my kitchen. I'd rate him with a 5!
