Professional, friendly and Knowledgeable
Daniel came swooping in like Superman to save the day! A highly welcomed change. We had placed our ticket in January 2023 for our broken dishwasher. Sears had sent two third party technicians from Jan to May First One LAJ Appliances Services said he had replaced the parts but it still did not work and second one Jeff Price of JCS technology literally opened the door and said we need a new one and then was none responsive for 2 months to us and to sears. They were absolutely dreadful. After a lot and back and forth with the customer service team who were also no help over the past 7 months we finally made a breakthrough and was give a case dispute manager. She got Daniel an actual Sears technician assigned to us at the end of July. He came and spent a good hour testing and inspecting the dishwasher and found out that the dishwasher needed several parts. He order the parts and they came within a week, on August 9th he came back and completed the job and we couldn't be happier. When filing a claim always ask for Daniel or an actual Sears tech if you are in the Raleigh area, he fixes everything but fridges. He is truly knowledgeable and an expert at his craft.

Washer hose repair/cleaning
I feel confident with Mr Tandy, known him through church, growing up and that's one of the reasons I request him. He explains the reasons as to why my hose is always clogged with sediments because I have well water, here in the country. I had a plumber put a filter at the well which I believe was a waste of $$$ on his part because it made a bigger problem trying to get water. I would if I could fix the problem but with health issues I am unable at this time.

I told Fred what was happening with the freezer. He knew just from my description what the problem was. This was the first time I called for service and Fred fixed it the first time here. Also he listens!! Even to woman. I have had a lot of men not wanting to hear anything from a woman. But not Fred, he listens and is very personable!! Wish I could request him!!! Thanks Fed!! For being an all around good guy!!👏👏👏🤗🤗
