What a great result I had with my dryer. It's working again. Technician was prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable of issue. Quick to trace problem and order necessary part and return to install. I am very impressed with the sears app that kept me informed on when the technician would be here and who it was. Gave me sense of security and again he did an outstanding job.
