Dryer repair
Thomas did a great job repairing our dryer!! The back end platform of bots that manage the scheduling could use little work (to say the least)…. Your scheduling bots do not communicate well with the customer or the service tech leading to lots of confusion about scheduled date, backordered parts, etc.

Great experience
Thomas called the day of My appointment to let me know where I was on the list so I wouldn't waste the day sitting at home when he wouldn't be arriving until later in the day. Things changed with his appointments and he was able to get me rescheduled for the next day with out an issue. He notified me of his arrival time and was prompt and very courteous. Sears is fortunate to have a knowledgeable and friendly technician on their team. Thomas took his job and customer service skills seriously and treated me more like a friend than someone he was coming in to fix their broken appliance. He did a great job and made my day. Thank you Thomas!

Dryer inspection
Great worker and very kind. Done in 1 day. Not like my ice maker since July5. Still waiting. Not to sure why we have to pay up front? When the job is not done. I.e. ice maker.

My dryer was making a very loud noise. I called Sears and they were able to get me in same day. Our tech, Michael, was AMAZING. He was super nice, so kind, and fixed my dryer. He gave me some great tips too. I highly recommend Sears appliance Maintenance.

Dishwasher repair.
Dishwasher was not drying adequately. The technician replaced the element. It was burned out. We hope this will solve the problem. Technician was very professional. Thank you.
