Great service
Service tech was very kind and helpful, respectful of our space, and efficient with time. The service was quite costly is my only complaint, as technician was only here about 30 min or less, and fee was almost $400 for service alone. I would ask for consideration in lowering the cost for repairs especially when the repair is so fast.

Washer repair
Timothy was excellent and throughout the day communicated with me on his status he also diagnosed the problem prior to arrival and brought the part with him. Once at my home he got to work quickly and even offered some advise on how to operate my washer and dryer more efficiently.

Replaced stovetop element efficiently
We are so thankful for Timothy's professionalism and friendliness exhibited in replacing our stove top element. He was prompt and thorough in the repair. He re-communicated the terms of our new service warranty for major appliances too.
