EXCELLENT SERVICE
Kevin was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient. However, Sears customer service was terrible and left much to be desired. My refrigerator was initially reported on 9/14. I had two service calls that were scheduled and cancelled at the last minute by Sears. One of those days my husband took vacation. Will we be reimbursed for his vacation day? Trying to get a person in customer service was almost impossible. You had to make them think you were purchasing a service to actually get to a person. That person would then transfer you to the service area. Once Kevin got involved, things went great. Kevin is an asset to your company.
