Asking for a supervisor.
He explained matters well. I am sad that our stove top has two problems -1 a glass top that is not covered under warranty and 2 the controls underneath that would be covered if warranty but that he is concerned access would cause the glass to break. Is there some one I can talk to appeal this decision. So he didn't fix the controls.

LG HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATOR
All I can say and need to say is this! Although I have never met Drew prior to today, he was simply outstanding. The bottom drawer of my refrigerator was completely iced up and the door would hardly close. Drew was very patient and kind with this 75-year-old man. He examined and then explained the situation. He solved the problem and informed me as to what to do if the situation or anything else were to occur. Drew is not only efficient, but proficient as well. Thank You Drew!!!

Robert is definitely one of the good guys! He explained everything that had to be done, he ordered the parts and a week later was back here whereby he installed said parts and just like that the freezer was fixed. Thank you Robert and God bless you.
