He was very nice but unable to fix my dishwasher
He worked very hard trying to figure out the problem and he did find some problems however he did not overall fix the problem he did fix the ones he found. But as soon as he left I tried to wash dishes and the machine shut off after 1 minute. I need someone to come and fix my dishwasher ASAP.

Robert was great!
However, your local call center was horrible. Robert has nothing to do with that. My appointment for 8/8 from 8:00 am t0 noon had been scheduled for weeks & confirmed. No one showed up or called until 3 pm. Saying Robert was sick. He can't help that, but since I have a home service plan & had been booked for weeks and this was a refrigerator, I felt like I should have been moved up on the replacement list with someone else. Eric couldn't, wouldn't schedule me until 8/9. I received another call from Tatinana and she worked with me and rescheduled me for 8/8 from 8:00 to noon. Eric needs customer service help in how to keep customers happy in an emergency situation. Tatiana got it and made it happen.
