PAUL: Called well ahead of arrival, estimated time reasonably, arrived faster than either of us estimated, formally introduced himself & his accompanying trainee at door; immediately, thoroughly and carefully inspected refrigerator and measured performance precisely. Our service call turned to be result of GE & AHS exagerated, false performance claims and different actual cooling measurement type vs type stated by the two sources. Paul gave clear explanation of precice measurements, how they were made and why his type of measurements are most realistic and industry standard. A&E has an EXCELLENT service technician and company representative in Paul S. !!!
