Fixing refrigerator ice maker
Johnathon did a very good job fixing my ice maker in my refrigerator. He had parts ordered and showed up in the mid morning. He was done within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable.

GE dryer repair.
Technician prior to Michael did not connect hose for steam allowing water to leak, Michael connected hose and tested with no leaks. If other tech would've done job efficiently, I would not have had to call in service order. Thanks to Michael my dryer is working properly.

Refrigerator repair
The technician did his job thoroughly. It is not his fault that the Scheduling and maintenance departments in general are in complete disarray. This repair took a month and a half to complete, but this was not the technicians fault. The technician handled his job professionally and quickly.
