My wash machine wasn't spinning dry & cycle would continue if you did not stop. Timothy from Sears repairs who was dispatched from CHW, look at machine within seconds he knew the Problem! Very friendly,knowledge, and on time. He order the part and installed a week later. Thank you for your OUTSTANDING service, Timothy. I plan on washing my clothes on tomorrow.
