Great experience!
The Sears Technician Tony was excellent ,very professional. He asked me what the issues were asked me to give him time to check it out! Once he was done he explained what the problem was very plainly ! When he was done he took time to socialize! I give him a 5 & I enjoyed visiting with him!

Rating for Ignacio
Ignacio was great! He knew exactly what was wrong with our washer and told us what we needed to. He explained to us that the washer is a computer, unlike the old washers. We never thought about that. He told us we needed to unplug the washer about 10 minutes in order for the computer to reset. It worked fantastically! This gentlemen was great, explained it perfectly, was friendly and we are very pleased with work. Thank you!

Service & repair were Awesome
I was given an appointment time between 8:00 am & 5:00 pm. Timothy arrived around 9:30. He was very courteous and knew exactly what I needed. He had the part on board, and was finished about 20 minutes later. I would recommend this to anyone needing appliance repair. Five stars from me.
