Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful with the repair.
Timothy promptly completed the repair of my washer suspension rod replacement, once the 4 rods were ordered and arrived. I felt very confident that he would make the repair successfully. He was also helpful in correcting my issue with the ordered part by Sears that was not adequate in number for the repair of my washer. I am very satisfied and would recommend him. He is very easy to discuss issues with, arrived promptly, and kept me advised of arrival time. Thank you, Timothy.

Although my timeline from 8am-12noon was not met, I understand issues may come up on other jobs. Timothy was very nice about keeping me informed with a couple of phone calls. Very easy to talk to about my washer & explained everything step by step. I was pleased with his service.
