He came and was supose to fix the frigerator, but he sad tha he couldn repar becous there is no way how so he said searshomeservices is going to sandme a new one but I am still waiting one week already and no one call me yet now I don have any food in May kitchen becouse there in no refrigerador

Air Condition
How can you rate someone when they never show up I'm so disappointed in Sears but I'm not giving up this been going on since April 17th now it is August 16, 2023 Husband have Health issues Sears owe us a Air CONDITIONS and they know it we been we been paying Sears Master plan since 1988

Still does not work
He installed the part but left and didn't make sure it worked. He left and it still does not work.

Short and pushy
Since i always use Sears for my rental properties I feel like in the past experiences I've received good communication and opinions, but not with this repair, the technician was short and he seemed very aggressive when I asked questions, no more sears for me!
