He came out in a timely manner, unfortunately my dryer wouldn't make the same noise today. We will have to wait until it starts making it again, or stops running to find out what is wrong with it.

We like Nicholas
Nicholas confirms with us the day's appointment and contacts us again ahead of his arrival. As we are an active family, these are very important for us. Nicholas is knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He provided information about the appliance of which we were not aware. He knew to delicately handle the repair because the plastic parts are inexplicably fragile, and which parts should be held for reuse when the replacement parts arrived. He completed the job as if he could perform it blindly. You'd do well not to lose this technician!
