Where's the ice?
Service provider was prompt, courteous, and got right to work. When he left He said that everything should have been taken care of and that we should be getting ice. However we didn't and when I tested the water dispenser, no water. The valve hadn't been turned on. I couldn't get it to turn back on and open up.

Maytag Washer Repair
Phil was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed concerned to help and made extra effort to do so. Phil gets 5 stars, NOT Sears! However, I am dissatisfied with the level of concern the Sears phone reps had. They were obviously trained to try and appease customers without listening to their concerns and unhappiness with the product . I am dissatisfied with the Maytag washer I purchased two years ago because it has given me more trouble in two years than any machine I have owned in much longer periods of time. This is our first Maytag purchase and it's been a long time since I purchased anything from Sears until this machine. I will not be making any more purchases with Sears. I expected the same Sears service it had in days past, but apparently those days are gone.

Excellent Service
Johnny was very efficient and thorough. He also gave me tips on how to improve the DW function and operation. Hope II get him next time I need repair or PM! The only bad feature of this appointment was the scheduling-cannot talk to a person-difficult to communicate with confusing options. Please get back to where one can talk to an agent-not chat

Easy to schedule service. Quick appointment for this day and age...Reminder notifications very helpful. Jeremiah was very personable and knowledgeable!! He took the time to explain everything! Had my dishwasher working properly again in no time!
