This tech is the third person to show up or contact me about my Microwave. The FIRST tech told us that the unit was UNFIXABLE!!!! He said he would provide all the information to the company and get the ball rolling. I have now had 2 more Techs one showing up at the house and another just yesterday calling before coming out THAT NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! NOT HAPPY !!!!!

Repairs not done properly

The repair was not done properly or correctly. I was quoted a price for repair, I paid it, then after one wash the unit didn't work. I had to then wait for the repairman to return to tell me that I needed to pay an additional $200 although the unit was supposed to be repaired the first time! not to mention I had to pay a separate fee to have the fridge diagnosed! all the while you all want to push your warranty repair when you cant even repair stuff properly the first time. NO thanks! Also, I have called numerous times for a refund of the initial fee and keep getting the run around. If I do not receive the refund in less than 24 hours I shall be taking all of my PROOF and grievances to the BBB but even worse to SOCIAL MEDIA!!! I was/is grieving the loss of my brother & having to fight with huge companies over their mistakes is not good publicity for you!

I have had issues with my LG dryer not drying garments/sheets/towels for some time. This is the 3rd time a technician has been out. William was convinced there was no issue although I told him as well as previous technician some items came out slightly damp. When he was leaving he smirked saying there was nothing wrong at all with the dryer. Was he calling me a liar? Yes, he dried the towels on high and he did take extra time. But after he left and they cooled down THEY WERE SLIGHTLY DAMP. And I can't certainly risk keeping everything on high temps for fear items may shrink. Thus far have not been impressed with service provided and wish I could use another company
