broken washing machine
Gemiah did a good job. But this is the fourth attempt by your service agents to fix my oven which has been out since April. Parts were ordered that were not broken. Now we are waiting for a fifth service call as we wait for a mother board that has been ordered. It seems a better review process would have been made to go after what is broken than just ordering parts or just guessing what the problem is. While I am pleased with what Gemiah has done, I am disappointed in what was achieved by his fellow associates.
