Evaluation of Richard repair visit.
He did an excellent job and explained some problems caused by past repair men. Had picture on phone of how a situation in ac had been "gerry-rigged" ! Unbeleivable!. I can't praise Richard enough for the great job he did. He not only got my ac fixed but took care of the shoddy work others had done. I hope he will be recognized for his excellent work ethic.
