Stacey was more than friendly each time he had to come out, very polite and absolutely respectful! I am 110% sure that he is one of the "good ones" that are still out there and guaranteed that the company has NO clue that without him they would be up a creek without a paddle! I assure you that because the first two men just put parts on my dryer and never even came close to fixing it! The second guy had only been gone about an hour and it was still making the noise it had before he replaced parts! Then when Stacey came it only took him about 5 minutes to find the broken part! He was awesome to work with, and I definitely recommend him! Thank you Stacey!!👍

Roy was prompt and did a great job. I am only giving a 5 because of him. I am very unhappy with your customer service. When I called to schedule a repair, the lady I spoke with had very poor English. She made an appt in 3 weeks. I asked for a sooner appt, as being without a refrigerator for 3 weeks was a big inconvenience for me. She said none were available. So on July 15th I waited all day. My emails all day confirmed a repair man was coming. Then at 4:54 the appt was changed to July 18th. No one did me the respect of calling. I tried to call to find out why and was unable to talk to a human, only your machine telling me my appt was the 18th! I had to be go out of state that day to tend to my sick son. So I had to reschedule with your machine. In the meantime I had company and had to purchase a new refrigerator. I am very unhappy with your customer service. To make me wait that long without a refrigerator. To not be able to talk to a human. To not care enough to call me that the repairman could not be there that day and I had to waste a whole day waiting. I should charge you for the new refrigerator I had to purchase! Now I understand why Sears went out of business! I give your customer service a 0! Linda Osterhout
